Integral parts of the right running Closed Composting System are following technical devices beside the type of Composting Machine:
- Composting bags with the same diameter as Composting Machine
- Perforated plastic aeration pipes
- Aeration units
- Thermometers
- Air-escape valves
- Regulating unit - in case of fully automatic aeration process
Composting bags
They are supplied with the same diameter as the composting machine, standard with the length of 60 meters. It is possible to supply any length for huge quantities of bags.
Aeration pipes
They serve to supply air inside the bag. Pipes are being inserted to the bag at the same time as composted material is being filled to the bag by composting machine. There is 1 pipe in case of CM1,5 machine; by machines CM2,4 and CM3,0 there are 2 pipes.
Aeration units
They serve to blow air to the aeration pipes and to ensure air supply to the composted material. Operator sets the time when the engines of blowing units are on or off manually or these times are controlled by regulating unit using the temperatures figures coming from thermometers.
Thermometers
They measure temperature of composted material. In case of manual regulation they are just for operator to check the temperature. Their outputs are inputs for regulation unit in case of automatic control.
Air-escape valves
They can be used as a place to put the thermometers in the bag to measure the temperature along with outlet of surplus air.
Regulation unit
It process data from thermometers and pursuant to the temperature it switches on or off the engines of the blowing units. By this it is possible to keep desired temperature of the composted material in between given range of temperatures.
