Legislation
The administrator processes the personal data of the user provided by telephone, personally, in written form or electronically in accordance with article 6, paragraph 1 letter a) Regulation of European parliament and the Council (EU) 2016/679 from the date 27th April, 2016, about the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and about open movement of this data and about the cancelling of the direction 95/46/ES (the general regulation about the protection of personal data), (referred to as "GDPR".)
The extent of the data processed by an administrator
First name, surname, company, address, telephone number, e-mail, IN, VAT number and other related communications, information and background information provided by the user to the administrator because of given services.
The retention period of personal data
The administrator processes and keeps personal data for the time necessary to ensure all rights and obligations of the user and for the time during which the administrator is obliged to keep tha data according to the generally binding legislation in the field of personal data.
The transmission of personal data to the third parties
The administrator transfers the user´s personal data to the third parties only if it is required by the law regulation; it is necessary for providing the product or service or on the basis of the legitimate interest of the administrator. The transmission of personal data is always taken place on the basis of a legal regulation or on the basis of a contract with the third party providing sufficient guarantees of personal data protection.
Rights of the user
The right of access to personal data - the user has the right to obtain information from the administrator about the processing of his or her personal data, and if it is like that, he/she can get information what data is involved and how it is processed. The user has also the right so that the administrator, without undue delay, corrects the inaccurate personal data relating to him/her. The user has the right to add incomplete personal data at any time.
The right to delete personal data – the user has the right to apply the administrator for deleting or for liquidating his or her personal data which is processed about the user by the administrator if certain conditions are done and the user asks for it.
The right to limit the processing of personal data – the user has the right so that the administrator limits the processing of user´s personal data in some certain cases. The user has the right to object at any time against processing which is based on the legitimate interests of the administrator, the third party or it is necessary for doing the task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of public authority.
The right to data portability – the user has the possibility to obtain personal data provided by the administrator in a normal formar or in a machine-readable one. This data may be subsequently passed on to another administrator or if it is technically possible, he/she may apply for passing it on between administrators themselves.
The right to withdraw the consent to the processing of personal data – the user has the right to withdraw his/her consent at any time, it means wholly or partly. The consent may be withdrawen by the written notice sent to the address of the administrator or to his/her e-mail address. Personal data may be processed by the administrator only to the extent of the legal reasons of processing, that is in the performance of their legal obligations or for the purposes of protecting rights and legal claims.
The user may complain directly to the administrator in the case of user´s doubts with the processing of his/her personal data or he/she can contact the Office for Personal Data Protection or the court.
