Grain crimper CS 1000

The CS 1000 is designed for crimping wet maize and grain of any kind. Thanks to a single, 1000 mm long rolling unit and a massive construction, this crimper has capacity up to 50 t/h.

The crimper has computer-controlled control of calculator drive speed, roller speed and chemical dosing.

CS 1000 drive

You can power the CS 1000 grain crusher with a weaker tractor from 140 HP. The machine can also be fitted with an auger conveyor instead of a feed tunnel. This technology is used for direct harvesting, where the machine is standing on the field and the harvesters or loaders tip the grain straight into the hopper, where the grained grain is transported from the field to silage baggers or silage pits.
