Silage bags 7plus
We are focused on the silage bags production since the establishment of the company in 1998. In the beggining we produced bags only for Czech and Slovakian market with the bag diameter range between 8' to 10'. Bigger development has taken place as a result of the cooperation with the Finnish foil manufacturer AB Rani Plast Oy.
Development of production of our silage bags
AB Rani Plast Oy has still been the only supplier of foil for the production of EURO BAGGING bags since year 2000. Further development has taken place together with automation of the folding process and expansion on market outside the Europe, we currently have a dealer network in the USA, Canada, South Africa, New Zealand, Japan, Turkey, Peru and Saudi Arabia.
In 2023 the technology of foils extrusion has been changed from 3-layer to 7-layer, since than we offer only 7-layer silage bags EURO BAGGING 7plus. We have experiences from specific markets with such a technology since 2018: Numerous amount of 7plus bags has been tested with specific customers under specific weather conditions on all kind of filled materials.

Silage bag foil thickness
The thickness of the foil has been chosen accordingly to mechanical requirements, which allows us to offer only one thickness for each bag diameter only and fullfill the quality and mechanical requirements for any kind of filled material.
Advantages of our silage bags
- The main benefits of our silage bags are less material needed for production, lower price and weight, thus lower cost for logistics and mitigating the impact on the environment.
- It i also easier to manipulate with and put the bag on the machine tunnel.
- Each produced silage bag has its own specific production and serial number used for tracking of production history in case of warranty claim.
- Each batch of foil is laboratory tested according to applicable ISO and ASTM standards (technical data sheets available upon request).
- It is possible to store more kinds of feed in a small space, so you can create a varied recipe for feeding of your dairy cows.
- Silage bags provide immediate protection against the weather effects - immediately in the bag, there is no risk of loss during storage neither loss of nutritional values
- You can place bags where you want and need, you are not limited neither the space nor the amount of needed stored feed.
- A very small area is exposed to the weather effects compared to the silage bunker, in which there is opened the whole part of feed.
- Bags are hermetically closed during the whole time of storage. There is no risk of water, air or solar UV radiation before the opening of the bag.
Dimensions of silage bags
- Bag diameter 1.5 to 3.6 m
- Bag length up to 150 m
Silage Baggers with Remote Control
For the silage baggers EB 310 LG and EB 316 LG, we use a remote control for auxiliary functions that allows the machine to be folded from working to transport position for maximum operator comfort. The control operates via Bluetooth, and thanks to this technology, the machine can also be controlled via an Android smartphone in case the remote control is lost or forgotten (after all, no one ever forgets their phone at home).
The self-propelled silage bagger EB 310 GM is also operated via remote control, using radio transmission. The control is very precise and smooth, and since the operator doesn’t have to sit in the cabin—where visibility during machine relocation is practically nonexistent—they can keep full control of the machine from the outside.
