Composting technology

For a number of years now, public interest in composting of organic materials has been on the increase and composting technology is a proven technology for dealing with a major share of organic waste. This technology is widely accepted and applied by the government and business at a large scale.

During a composting process, organic substances:

  • produce a malodour
  • result in run-off which is hard to handle
  • cause dispersion problems

The solution is the so-called Closed Composting System (CSS). Usually, these are large scale composting factories, requiring a substantial investment, which do not always provide the desired result. Until now, smal scale processing of organic materials in a closed system was a problem. For these cases, EURO BAGGING is now able to offer a solution by means of CCS.

Silage Baggers with Remote Control

For the silage baggers EB 310 LG and EB 316 LG, we use a remote control for auxiliary functions that allows the machine to be folded from working to transport position for maximum operator comfort. The control operates via Bluetooth, and thanks to this technology, the machine can also be controlled via an Android smartphone in case the remote control is lost or forgotten (after all, no one ever forgets their phone at home).


The self-propelled silage bagger EB 310 GM is also operated via remote control, using radio transmission. The control is very precise and smooth, and since the operator doesn’t have to sit in the cabin—where visibility during machine relocation is practically nonexistent—they can keep full control of the machine from the outside.
